Older Workers Community of Practice:
Brought to you by Workforce3One and sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, this website is an online hub to share resources, news, and emerging practices about older worker programs. It is designed to facilitate peer-to-peer communication among Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) grantees and sub-grantees, Federal Project Officers, and the national program office. You encouraged to discuss your programs and share your resources.
SCSEP Project Locator:
There are currently 71 SCSEP grantees: 15 national nonprofit organizations and 56 units of state and territorial governments. Grantees often sub-grant with Area Agencies on Aging or community-based organizations to operate local projects. For the name and contact information of the SCSEP project closest to you, please visit this website or call the Department of Labor's Toll-Free Help Line at 1-877-US2-JOBS (1-877-872-5627). You can also contact your local American Job Center for more information.
